Saga Group's decades of experience in the construction industry has naturally extended into the property development sector. Our early involvement in township development projects with government councils provided the foundation for our transition into full-scale development activities. As the property development arm of the Group, our portfolio includes a range of commercial and residential projects—from luxury high-rise residences to affordable housing, and shop units. In addition to our development activities, we also provide project management support to our subsidiaries and joint venture entities, particularly during the planning and implementation phases. Currently, Saga Group is undertaking a township development in Baling, Kedah, through a joint venture arrangement. The project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM200 million – comprising terraced houses, semi-detached homes, apartment units, shop lots, and a commercial centre.
